From inception to completion

Orsus Surveyors can offer Project Management and Contract Administration services which cover the whole project, from inception to completion. We treat each project as unique and we maintain impetus throughout the project duration, which we feel is key to the projects success. Orsus Surveyors assist our clients in maintaining control of every part of the project, including: quality, cost, programme, delivery and safety.

We provide the full Project Management and Contract Administration services for your project and we have extensive experience in managing and coordinating projects including housing developments, private residential projects, commercial fit out, refurbishment works, insurance reinstatement works, major work schemes on behalf of property management firms and any other construction sector works.

Services we deliver include:

  • From the outset, understanding the employer’s requirements in full and delivering the project in accordance with those identified needs.
  • Determine key project milestones with an agreed project programme and completion date.
  • Putting together an effective Project Team and work with all individuals to successfully deliver the proposed Project.
  • Manage all communication (including the flow of information) between the Project Team members.
  • Manage the tender, procurement and contractual strategy.
  • Review designs for value engineering & value management opportunities
  • Prepare and issue full tender documents.
  • Produce full contract documentation.
  • Manage all contractual arrangements through the implementation of contract conditions, certifying the works, maintaining a formal contract instruction register and administering the practical completion process.
  • Chair and minute all necessary pre-contract meetings with all project team members.
  • Preparing a target construction programme and monitor progress against this programme.
  • Visit site regularly to monitor the progress of the works and chair regular site meetings with the project team as and when required.
  • Manage the rectification period through a strict defect rectification procedure.
