Orsus Chartered Surveyors is a RICS accredited Chartered Surveying Practice with all members of staff being either MRICS or FRICS qualified. Operating across London Home Counties, we offer a range of services including Project Management, Major Works Restoration Schemes, Planned Maintenance Schemes, Insurance Reinstatement Project Management, Building Surveys, Defect Investigation and Diagnosis, Schedules of Dilapidations and Licence to Alter Monitoring.
Our aim is to bring a fresh and modern approach to surveying by combining the traditional fundamentals of surveying with modern systems and procedures. We offer drive and impetus when helping our clients achieve their goals and we put their needs at the heart of our company.

Villa Street Medical Centre GP Practice
We employed Orsus to manage a large external building refurbishment project for our practice. Oscar was a pleasure to work with: clear communications, expert advice, great interpersonal skills and very reliable. He made what was a very challenging project feel manageable for us, allowing us to focus on our day job of seeing patients! The whole project ran very smoothly – 6 months planning and 3 months of contractors on site. He understood our requirements and limitations and worked with us and the two contractors to ensure all were ok.
